Strategic Planning Action Plans

The Spooner Area School District has been involved in Strategic Planning since 2004. Below are links to strategic planning documents including updates related to the planning process.

The Spooner Area School District has initiated a strategic planning process with a group of 30 community members and staff. This group met for three days on November 13th, 14th and 15th. During the course of these three days, the group created a the framework for a draft plan consisting of a mission statement, belief statements, objectives, critical issues and strategies for the school district. The next step in the process is to communicate the results of this process which are posted on the linked web pages above. The school district and strategic planning team are looking for comments and input from all stakeholders of the school district before coming together again to develop action plans leading to the official adoption of a strategic plan by the School District of Spooner.
