Spooner Schools is "Tweeting"

In addition to traditional forms of communication with families and our community, Spooner Area School District (SASD) has begun using Twitter as another medium to quickly disseminate information to parents and community. Twitter is a free social networking service that enables users to send and read messages known as tweets.

A Tweet is a text-based post up to 140 characters long that is displayed on the schools profile page and delivered to the subscribers who are known as followers.

Parents and community members who wish to stay informed can follow school announcements via Twitter updates to their cell phone or simply watch the twitter feed through a web browser and internet connection.
